    TIME FOR HAPPINESS...
     Blustering wind
    the tinkling of the chime
    breath in
    breath out
    listen to the universe
    whispering life
    direct your compass
    to happiness
    rid of your unreal gloom
    capture the beauty
    of the green meadow
    the river is flowing
    sit still
    and breath in
    breath out
    let the drops
    of rain
    touch the soil
    let the nature
    discharge its perfume
    and breath in
    breath out
    hear the earth
    muttering its alive
    so be a part
    join this feast
    no matter what
    make this beauty abound...

    THE HERMIT OF THE CASTLE...
     Everything remained untouched
in the secret room behind the wall
    the big clock's hands
    right at half past four
    a terrible reminder of
    the ominous day
    when the ruthless destiny
    brought an early end
    to a timid heart
    beating so hard.
And the chandeliers of the castle
    once illuminating
    like beginning of the spring
    surroundered to an eternal fall
Everywhere buried in the thick dust
    even the ancient piano
on the corner of the room
adopted itself to this soundless end
    the girl's hysterical shriekes
echoed in the 4 storey building
    and muffled in the peak
    meanwhile a guy
    lost himself
trying hard to find the way
    set foot on a road
    never knew that
all roads ended to this castle
    and there
their eyes met through the keyhole
    their hearts beat fast
    revived the long dead piano
    which started to play mozart
    Ivy started growing fast
    spreading all through the walls
    covering the dust
    in green
    bringing life and lust
    when what separated them
    was only a thin door...

    ONCE AGAIN THE RAIN...
    Once again drops of rain
    drumming on my window pane
    ı look outside
    the cities flickering lights
    and the mad man's voice
    running out of choice
    into the puddles
    of the mixture
    mud and water
    splashing the drops
    in slow motion
    and the drops of rain
    gently touching my window pain
    I am standing still
one hand holding the window sill
    Lots of emotions I feel
ı can see life in naked eyes
    and all the lies
    all those lies
    wash away
    with the rain
    gently rubbing
    my window pane
    and I no more
    I no more
    feel
    the
    pain

    [GITA  ASSEFI]
